

I am like "So, this is the 4th time Ive called in the last year about this, and every time I call you guys have no idea what I am talking about. And now I am starting to get a little deprecating to them. And like you said, Teamviewer support acts like they have never heard of this issue every time I call. I USED to get the "1 minute" countdown error, but not it just disconnects on them. Others disconnect randomly after a few seconds with no error message. SOME clients I can stay connected to for hours. I pay for a corporate license and iOS remote too.
